Measuring about 70 meters high, this tower houses a free museum on the first floor which displays the history of the port as well as a panoramic observation deck which is also free of charge. At the top, visitors will be treated to a 360-degree view of the city and sea through recently renovated tempered glass that offers an even clearer view of the area. The tower has also been outfitted with a new LED lighting system that lights up during seasonal and special events.
