VISUALIZATION?

Visualization means seeing yourself doing or achieving something in your mind before it happens in real life. visualization is a powerful life-skill, not just an important trick.

Your brain treats imagined experiences almost like real ones - so your confidence, focus and motivation increase.

Example:-  How Thomas Edison used visualization in his career.

Once, when a reporter asked Thomas Edison how he managed not to give up even after 10,000 failures?

He replied, “only through “visualization”. he smiled and said,  I never even considered the possibility of failure. In my mind , I constantly saw the light bulb spark properly, every morning, every night whenever I  see it spark.

So it was bound to become a reality. our mind is a magnet , whatever we think about, we attract.
